We celebrated a very special milestone here at Birrang — Tatiana’s university graduation! 🎓✨
Tatiana was one of the first recipients of the Birrang Scholarship Program, receiving her scholarship in 2022 after finishing school in 2021.
After taking a year off, she backed herself and began her Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management, in February 2023.
She graduated in December 2025 — and along the way, she was building more than a degree. She was building her future.
Tatiana joined Birrang part-time while studying in July 2024, continuing until December 2025. Then, in January 2026, she stepped into her next chapter as Birrang’s HR Manager. 👏

We have partnered with Charles Sturt University to create the Birrang Enterprise Development Company Ltd Aboriginal Scholarship Program. This scholarship provides Aboriginal people financial support for assistance towards their studies in any degree of their choice at Charles Sturt University.
