Birrang Enterprise Development Company is proud to be the local provider of the HIPPY (Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters) in the Orange NSW LGA. HIPPY is a free, two-year, home-based early childhood learning and parenting program that supports parents and carers to be their child’s first and most important teacher, helping build confidence, early literacy, numeracy, language and school-readiness skills in children before they start school.
As the HIPPY provider in Orange, Birrang delivers this Australia-wide program locally — offering families structured learning activities, regular support from trained tutors, connection with other parents, and access to quality early-childhood education tools right in their own homes.
